Confirm your location and follow the request until the agent has collected.

Send points to your MTN MoMo or Airtel Money number and track the payout until it's paid.

Every KaSmart customer gets text messages, whether or not they use the app:
- Your sign-in code
- A collection was credited, with the points earned
- Your plan was activated, and a reminder before it ends
- A pickup was assigned to a Green Agent
- A cash-out was paid
KaSmart on USSD
A short code you dial from any phone, no internet needed, to check your points and recent collections, pay your plan, request a pickup and cash out to mobile money, protected by your own PIN.
