Plastic Recycling

From bottle to building block

Plastic bottles, bags, and packaging collected across communities are sorted, shredded into flakes, melted into pellets, and manufactured into new plastic products and construction materials.

Environmental Impact

Every tonne of plastic recycled saves 1.5–2 tonnes of CO₂ and keeps hundreds of thousands of plastic items from landfills and waterways.

The KASMART Circular Economy

Waste never ends — it transforms

  1. 1

    Households

Residents separate waste into categories: organic, plastic, metal, and rubber. Sorting bags are provided by KASMART.

  2. 2

    Waste Sorting

Sorted materials are prepared for collection. KASMART's app helps households track their contributions.

  3. 3

    Collection Hubs

Green Agents transport sorted waste to KASMART hubs where materials are weighed and digitally recorded.

  4. 4

    Recycling Centers

Materials are processed — plastic shredded, metal smelted, organic composted, tyres granulated into rubber crumb.

  5. 5

    Manufacturing

Recycled raw materials are supplied to manufacturers who produce new goods at lower cost using recovered materials.

  6. 6

    New Products

New plastic containers, metal components, compost fertilizer, and rubber asphalt enter the market economy.

  7. 7

    Community Economy

Revenue returns to households as reward points, to Green Agents as wages, and to communities as infrastructure.
